Terms of Service / Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. General Conditions
This website is operated by Super Medi Fit (Ehsan New Global Trade SPC / Damoon Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Super Medi Fit. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products and Pricing
All products listed (including Balea personal care and cosmetic items) are subject to availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices in Oman are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of applicable 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).

3. Orders and Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. Customers may cancel an order free of charge within 15 minutes of placement, provided the order has not been processed for shipment.

4. Hygiene & Health Policy (No Return Policy)
Due to strict international health, safety, and hygiene standards, all personal care, cosmetic, and skincare products are strictly non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or used. Returns or exchanges are only evaluated in cases of proven transit damage or defective manufacturing upon immediate delivery inspection.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Goods are dispatched from our fulfillment centers in Muscat, Oman, or Bonn, Germany. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier schedules.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and applicable commercial regulations.
