Shipping & Delivery Policy / Versandbedingungen

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We deliver products across the Sultanate of Oman and internationally:
- Local Stock (Muscat Warehouse): Standard delivery within Oman usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
- Direct Import (Germany Warehouse / Bonn): Direct shipments of imported products (such as Balea personal care items) take approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on customs processing and transit times.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and total order weight.

4. Import Duties, Taxes & VAT
All applicable local taxes, including the 5% Oman Value Added Tax (VAT), are included at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
